OGA Welcome
Welcome to our web site

Welcome to the Old Grammarians’ web site. This was first set up to celebrate the
centenary of the Battersea Grammar School Old Boys’ association. The Old Grammarians’
Association was founded on 16 July 1902 to enable old grammarians to maintain contact
with one another both socially and through sport.

The site is a collection of historical information and various memorabilia
about the school, which closed in 1977, and the Old Grammarians’ Association,
which is very much alive. It provides information about the current activities of
the Association and the affiliated Old Grammarians’ golfing society and the former
activities of the cricket and football clubs and dramatic society.
